Composite Materials

We are fully committed to giving the best possible service to our customers and therefore we are also able to fabricate the solution using pre-impregnated materials, new infusion techniques and wet layup. We are able to this in our HQ or where our customer requires. We also offer post-curing to improve the final properties of the solution.

In I-DMG we use FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools for non-lineal materials such as composites. We estimate the behavior of the structures before being manufactured.

We manufacture custom component for high technology applications such as space and industrial applications. DMG is specialists in the design and manufacture carbon fiber struts and  shafts with CNC metallic parts.
